Romance from the Plantation...

Carrie Adeline Foster writes about her mother, Miss Lissia. "How often in the days gone by, have I heard my dear busy mother, whose silver hair made a halo about her youthful, smiling face say to one of her less busy daughters: Read me a love story, dear. She found rest and refreshment in the fountain of romance..." -Carrie Adeline Foster "Sunny South" Atlanta, GA c. 1895

We loved all the romantic extras...
